Halstrom High Schools

Potential franchisees select the site for the Halstrom High School® within their protected area, subject to Halstrom approval. The factors which Halstrom uses to approve a site are general location and neighborhood, parking, size, physical characteristics of existing buildings, lease terms, and proximity to public high schools. The site will ordinarily be selected at the time the License Agreement is signed. The lease must be approved by Halstrom. The typical length of time between the signing of the license agreement and opening of the School is approximately four to six months. This time period will be affected by such factors as lease negotiations, obtaining permits, complying with zoning and local ordinances, and purchase and installation of equipment, fixtures, and signs.
